About Ntokozo

Ntokozo Shezi is a seasoned nonprofit leader and social development strategist with over 14 years of experience driving inclusive change in under-resourced communities across Southern and Central Africa. He currently serves as Director of the Project Management Office at Amandla Safe-Hub, where he leads national programs focused on youth development, health, education, and community infrastructure. His work is rooted in building people-centred systems that promote dignity, accountability, and long-term community empowerment.

Ntokozo’s experience also spans the African continent. He has consulted in Central Africa on inclusive development strategy and policy integration, advising grassroots initiatives and multi-stakeholder coalitions. As Chief Operating Officer at Nortia Consult, he led health, education, and entrepreneurship projects aimed at supporting underserved communities and small enterprises. He has helped NGOs restructure for growth, implemented monitoring and evaluation systems, and guided organisations in donor readiness and operational alignment.

He holds a BSc in Geological Sciences from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is currently studying toward an MBA in Economics at Regenesys Business School. Known for his collaborative and outcomes-oriented leadership, Ntokozo builds systems that enable cross-sector partnerships and measurable community impact.

Ntokozo was drawn to Malamulele Onward because of its unwavering commitment to caregiver-led transformation and its culture of humility and courage. His service on the board is driven by a deep respect for families of children with cerebral palsy and a belief in their power to shape solutions. He brings to the board a passion for strategic development, governance, and ensuring that social systems are built to serve with dignity and purpose.
